Welcome, I’m Michelle.
I help people unwind pain, soften emotional tension, and return to a sense of steadiness through the body.
If you’ve been doing your best to feel better but still feel stuck, this is a different way to begin. This work is for you if you’re navigating chronic stress, pain, emotional overwhelm, or life transitions.
My work integrates somatic experiencing, restorative yoga therapy, breathwork, mindfulness, and trauma-informed nervous system practices. For over 30 years, I’ve guided people into a deeper relationship with themselves—helping them reconnect to the intelligence of the body, the rhythm of the breath, and the internal conditions where real healing can occur.
This work is deeply personal to me. My own healing taught me how to listen to the body in a different way—and that experience shapes how I guide every session.
Over time, I’ve developed a refined sensitivity to what the body is communicating, along with a grounded, consistent approach to building self-awareness and resilience. This work invites you to slow down, meet yourself with compassion, and begin to respond to your experience in a new way.
When you learn to listen to your body, things start to shift. There’s more clarity, more ease, and a deeper sense of freedom from within.
