YOU CAN UNDERSTAND THE PATTERN
AND STILL FIND YOURSELF REPEATING IT.

Stress, pain and old reactions don’t always change through insight alone.

I help you work with what is happening through the body, creating more space, choice and ease in how you respond.

TWO WAYS TO WORK WITH ME

PRIVATE SOMATIC SESSIONS
Individualized, body-based support for stress, pain, overwhelm and patterns that feel hard to shift.

LIVE ONLINE YOGA
Hatha, restorative, yin and back care practices to build strength, awareness, mobility and a steadier relationship with your body.

Private Somatic Sessions

Somatic Inquiry is a body-based approach to healing and self-awareness.

In 1:1 sessions, we work with what is happening now — sensation, breath, tension and patterned responses—without immediately trying to fix or change the experience.

The practice is learning to meet what arises differently, creating more space between what you feel and what happens next.

What Clients Are Saying

“For the eight years I've been practicing yoga I've taken vinyasa, Iyengar, restorative and blend classes with many teachers all over LA, Northern California, Florida, the UK and even Denmark. I mention all this because Michelle stands in my mind in a class all by herself. Her intuition, knowledge and experience provides everyone in the room with personalized attention, making the class equally valuable and enjoyable to advanced yogi/nis practicing next to complete beginners. But perhaps Michelle's best side is her large, loving heart. She was born to teach yoga, and she does it with passion, and caring and a wonderful sense of humor. I recommend her equally for everyone, from the most advanced yogi/nis to complete beginners, from men and women to boys and girls. And if you're injured, see Michelle; a single private class will likely be more valuable than weeks of pt.”

“Although I have attended yoga classes on and off for 35 years, Michelle Kronenberg is the first teacher to bring my practice to a deeper level. She is a gifted communicator who leads her classes with a clarity and joy that is unparalleled in my experience. In addition to her weekly classes, Michelle also leads phenomenal retreats like the one I was fortunate to attend in Maui last month.”

“Thanks to Michelle, I now understand what yoga actually is, and why it is so amazing for the body. She makes most yoga in the U.S. seem like a perversion of the real thing because Michelle is the real deal. Having trained with the gurus in India, Italy, and all over the U.S. her entire life, she can read your body and fix your alignment like no other instructor I have ever met. Michelle teaches you how to integrate body and mind, and I have never felt so strong and energized than after working with Michelle. It is a rare opportunity to do yoga with Michelle. She incorporates the best of so many techniques, she never repeats a class, and whether I am in her group classes, a private, or on a retreat with her, I am making breakthroughs thanks to her expertise and intuition. Truly the best instructor, you will never want to go to anyone else.”

“Her ability to access an individual needs wether I'm on zoom or in person is what makes her standout.”
