Michelle has decades of experience guiding others in yoga & somatic practices to awaken and enliven the feeling of connection as a path to freedom. She has developed keen insight and is dedicated to helping individuals deepen their self-awareness and strengthen their resilience. Michelle guides others in cultivating self-compassion, curiosity, and what it means to live more mindfully. Through listening to the feedback from the body a natural clarity and understanding are revealed and we can discover what it feels like to live in the harmonious flow of being.
